Details: He was one of the body of emigrants called 'The Welsh Company'
that came to New England from Cheapside in Monmouthshire, on the border of Wales, with

Massachusetts, but some removed to Gloucester, upon the rough promontory of Cape Ann. From
there after eight years' experiment, most of them removed to New London, Connecticut.
