"The Honourable, the Justice of the Quarter Session of the Peace now sitting for the County of Bristol -". "Whereas I was att Trouble and Charge in Executing a Warrent as Deputy Sheriff from ye Hon'll Con'll Byfield in apprehending and securing persons upon Suppositions of making and emitting bills of Credit, Vis. My Travil, and serving the Warrent as Deputy Sheriff -Viz; Mr. Robert Jolls and Mr. Benjamin Cary an Aid in said affair - - 0-12-0."

This occured when Samuel Howland, Deputy Sheriff, visited Rehoboth with Robert Jolls and Samuel Cary to arrest Daniel Hunt and other persons suspected of making and uttering counterfeit bills of Credit.
