Obituary: Death Notice from the Ingham County Democrat stated, “Old Mr. Pierce died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Husted, last Friday. The funeral services were held at the house last Sunday, conducted by Elder Skinner. The deceased was 82 years of age.”
